Scott Buchholtz, originally from Fullerton, California, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in 2016 with a double major in Russian Studies and History. After graduating, Scott moved to Russia to teach English, spending 2 years in the city of Vladimir. Following this, he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2018-2020. At Georgetown, he is interested in researching Ukraine’s societal and diplomatic role in the post-Soviet space.
