The MA in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies is a flexible, rigorous, and multidisciplinary program focusing on the political, economic, social, cultural and historical complexity of the vast Eurasian, Russian and East European region.
Our interdisciplinary certificates in Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies provide an excellent opportunity for current graduate and undergraduate Georgetown students to build their regional expertise and connect with the CERES community.
Area Studies Resources
The CERES Library and other on-campus resources are a vital part of our efforts to increase understanding and appreciation of the diverse Eurasian, Russian and East European region.
Turkish is an important minority language in many European countries. Turkish communities, think tanks, business associations, and cultural organizations are an important part of cultural and political life in the United States.
