Salome Mamuladze, originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, earned a B.S. in Foreign Service with a focus on Culture and Politics and a minor in Government from Georgetown University in Qatar. Her honors thesis explored modern Georgian nationalism and protest culture. She has gained valuable experience interning at the U.S. Embassy in Qatar and conducting policy research at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs. At CERES, her research interests center on nationalism and security issues in the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe.
