Jessica Maksimov earned her B.A. from Georgetown University in 2021. Following graduation, she spent a year teaching English in Madrid, Spain. Now back at her alma mater, she is researching cybersecurity and technology policy. Jessica is also a Research Assistant for Our Secure Future and for the Georgetown Center for Security Studies. She will be pursuing a Boren Fellowship in the Spring of 2024 in Warsaw, Poland.
