Adilet Beisenov is from Karagandy, Kazakhstan. He earned his undergraduate degree at Nazarbayev University in 2021, majoring in Political Science and International Relations. Interested in anthropology, creative writing and philosophy, along with politics, he chose the MAERES program for its interdisciplinary freedom. Adilet focuses on areas such as public opinion, nationalism and state-building in Kazakhstan, and Kazakhstan’s relations with Russia, China and the U.S.
