Bartosz Noga recently completed his graduate studies in Applied Intelligence at Georgetown University and concluded seven years of naval service in the spring of 2023. Within CERES, his goal is to develop a holistic understanding of the Eastern European, Eurasian and Russian regions, with a particular emphasis on Poland. Bartosz is deeply passionate about travel, language and various forms of physical competition. He is also fond of the maritime environment, which he occasionally navigates with a 100-ton Master Captain’s Merchant Marine License. During his time at Georgetown, he eagerly looks forward to interacting with a vibrant community of brilliant, motivated and intriguing individuals, of which there is certainly no shortage.
