CERES is currently hosting a specialized three-part workshop series led by Dr. Maria Snegovaya, Senior Fellow for Russia and Eurasia at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Designed for MAERES students, the series provides an in-depth introduction to how think tanks operate and how academic research can be translated into policy-relevant work.
Dr. Snegovaya, along with guest speakers, is sharing career insights, offering guidance on essential skills for policy work, strategies for securing internships, and tips for publishing policy-oriented pieces. The series will conclude with a session at CSIS, where students will engage directly with experts in the field.
Generously supported by the Carnegie Corporation of New York, this ongoing seminar series offers a unique opportunity for students to bridge academic research with the policy world.
