Heaven Lee Sullivan, originally from Virginia, received her Bachelor’s from Stetson University in Russian, East, European and Eurasian studies. She is a 2022 Boren Scholar to Georgia and has studied abroad in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Latvia. At Georgetown, her research interests include cyber conflict, Russian cyber strategy, and cybersecurity in Eastern Europe.
