Jessica Miller is the center administrator for CERES.  Her key responsibilities include communications and outreach, event planning, managing the office space and finances, as well as overseeing the Ion Rațiu Library.

Jessica holds a BA in History and Social Studies Education from York College of Pennsylvania.  After her undergraduate studies, she completed a Fulbright grant to Romania.  Following this impactful experience, she found opportunities to continue discovering Romania and taught in various secondary schools in Timişoara and Bucharest.  Given her passion for this region of the world, Jessica is delighted to be a part of the CERES community.
