Noah Lloyd ’24
Noah Lloyd is a Los Angeles native and graduate of California State University, Northridge. There, he received a degree in History and Russian, participated in the STARTALK and Strategic Language Initiative Russian immersion programs and became a T.A. for the Russian Department. In 2017, he left the United States to volunteer through the Peace Corps in Ukraine and continued to work in education as an English teacher in private schools in Saint Petersburg and Kyiv until February 2022. His main research interests include Russian foreign policy along its periphery, the weaponization of information, and energy policy in Eastern Europe.
