Jessica Heyer is from Princeton, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from American University in 2019. After graduating, she returned to Saint Petersburg, where she had studied for one year, to work as an ESL teacher and assistant for an educational exchange program. She currently works at the International Republican Institute on the South Caucasus team. At Georgetown’s MAERES program, she is interested in culture and political relations between Russia and the South Caucasus.
